Positives:Fast response time.Personable, polite, willing to talk it out plumber attends.Negative: And I put this on upper management tactics,Rush tactics, Offer an initial high price but willing to reduce by their set amount if they can book it in by a set timeframe, as if it’s a favour to the customer, but normal quotes give a 30 day period to consider/review… that wasn’t offered in this case.

We've just had a leaking toilet completely replaced by Dr Leak, great service, very efficient, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. The communication is one of the best that I have experienced when it comes to working with tradesmen. Would definitely recommend.
