50/50 ... bad start: day 1: outrageously high quote by plumber 1 to replace 50L electric hot water system. Company agreed to lower the price. day 2: plumbers came, installed the new system but connected hot/cold valve wrong way around, so NO hot water. day 3: Marco, plumber 3 came (1 hour late) and fixed issue within 5 minutes. A lot of waiting for plumbers ... Not sure I'd recommend them in the end ...

Vince was able to provide a quick turnaround for a new hot water tank for my elderly parents. From a professional itemised and competitive quote to then making himself available on short notice to install. He even disposed of the old tanks at no additional cost. Highly recommended.

I was having a small issue of leaking tap. On hindsight, it is probably just one broken tap valve.The plumber came and claimed that the both of the tap handles needs to be replaced without taking out the handle. He claimed that, for this model, the tap valve is stuck to the handle. And the only way to fix was replacing the whole handle.After the old handles were taken out, I checked them and discovered the problematic tap valve was not stuck. He then claimed that the the handle was "too old" and it had rust on it so there was a need to replace the whole handle. As far as I could check afterward, the handle thread is fine and it can adjust the valve position fine.He recommended a tap handle model, which, he claimed, is "much better" than my old one. However, as far as I can tell, they look exactly the same.If you have a leaking tap, I would not recommend this company because it will cost you ~$600.

Chris Jnr was a pleasure to deal with. Efficient service with informational offers and options and absolutely no pressure to sign up. Gave me some good options and ideas on price and a great working price. Work was completely quickly and professionally.Word of caution though. Don't send an online quote enquiry at 6am with "as soon as possible" because they will call you. That's not a bad thing, it was excellent service, just maybe.. (unlike me) expect a call... hahahaha.

You Have A Pipe That Is Leaking Or Has Burst
If a pipe bursts, ensure all items of value in the way of the leaking pipe are removed, then wrap the pipe with rags or duct tape and place a bucket underneath. Proceed to then call us.
