Hi, I had a plumbing emergency early hours of Sunday 11/5/ 2025 with a burst pipe,which was flooding my unit.The first 2 plumbers I rang after midnight were obviously busy ,so I tried Dr Leak Plumbing and a lovely lady took my details and told me the on call plumber would call me as soon as he was free.A few hours later,the plumber , Michael,called and came to inspect the problem.I had been unable to turn the water off due to the water turn off tap under the sink being stuck.Michael quickly grabbed a wrench and successfully turned the water off.He then replaced the faulty pipe and also replaced the tap with a new one.He was very professional, explaining what needed to be done,the cost and then showing and explaining the completed job to me.No mess left behind and easy payment via bank transfer.Very impressed with the service from Michael (dressed professionally too) and the lady who answered my call.I would definitely recommend to family and friends.Thanks Dr Leak Plumbing and staff for helping me with this late night/early morning emergency.Susette O'Reilly Miranda NSW.
